After over a decade dedicated to hospitality events I decided to devote myself entirely to what has become my greatest passion — helping others find balance, clarity, and joy through yoga and mindfulness.
For 16 years, these practices have been my compass. They’ve guided me through life’s busiest seasons, its unexpected turns, and the moments that felt anything but perfect. Yoga and meditation taught me how to pause, recalibrate, and return to my natural state of peace — no matter what was happening around me.
Now, I’ve poured my heart into creating a space where you can do the same. Here, you’ll find yoga classes to move and strengthen your body, mindfulness workshops to sharpen your focus, and gentle guidance to reconnect you with your true self.
